John Howard is a published author, and one of the most accomplished property developers, traders and investors in the UK today. With four decades of experience, and having worked in residential and commercial, as well as owning estate agency and auction houses, there are very few people more knowledgeable and well connected in property circles. John’s most recent property development project was the Winerack, a stunning luxury apartment block overlooking Ipswich Marina. He also trades land and properties prolifically. On his first exposure to the property training sector, John noted a lot of misinformation was being handed out, so he decided to raise his own profile and provide some some expert education at an affordable price point to genuinely support others.
